Selected to present to 180 student accommodation professionals at the APSAA conference. Delivered a case study on modernizing resident communication through a Discord and Minecraft ecosystem at Flinders University Hall. Outlined transition from traditional social media to moderated digital spaces serving over 120 residents, highlighting public speaking strength, innovation, and digital transformation leadership.

Led a technical overhaul of the college's core management system to align security permissions with role responsibilities. Worked with department heads to map operational needs to access controls, balancing security with daily workflow. Conducted integrity testing to validate data accuracy and prevent unauthorized access, then managed rollout and scenario-based verification to ensure real-world reliability.

Led a major security overhaul for Flinders Living by reverse-engineering a legacy mechanical keying system. Developed a custom logic-based framework to map complex master-key hierarchies and access permissions. Built a technical database to track hardware installations and managed the full lifecycle from outdated records to a modern searchable system, demonstrating strong systems design, data-driven project management, and technical problem-solving.

Selected to support Flinders Living's catering provider decision for a multi-year contract. Worked with the Procurement Manager to review and score detailed business proposals, attended supplier presentations, and evaluated service quality against cost. Collaborated with a formal evaluation team to rank providers and select the best option for the resident community.
